The Impact of Your Support
From WRV’s earliest days, community support has been essential to restoring Colorado’s natural landscapes. What began as a small group of people caring for a single site has grown into a statewide effort powered by thousands of volunteers — all supported by the generosity of donors who make this work possible.
Today, donor support helps WRV equip and train volunteers, lead more than 150 restoration projects each year, and expand programs like Youth and Inclusiveness and volunteer leadership development. In 2023 alone, WRV surpassed 2,000 restoration projects, welcomed its 63,000th volunteer, and contributed more than $15 million in volunteer time and expertise toward healing and stewarding Colorado’s most beloved natural areas.
