Our Community

WRV unites people and partners to restore Colorado’s lands and strengthen connections to place.

Why COMMUNITY MATTERS

The community at Wildlands Restoration Volunteers is always growing. On our projects, volunteers form deep friendships, return year after year, and build traditions rooted in stewardship and service. Beyond volunteers, WRV partners with land managers, local organizations, businesses, foundations, and donors, creating a broad network of people who are committed to caring for Colorado’s natural heritage.

WRV believes that a thriving, inclusive community is essential to long-term land stewardship. When people of all ages and backgrounds feel welcomed, valued, and connected to the land, they are empowered to take meaningful action. Together, volunteers, partners, sponsors, supporters, and staff create a resilient community that is united in healing the land and building a better future for Colorado.
